Three rules

Rules the executives cannot bend.

They are written into every executive's instructions and tested before any executive goes live.

01

One owner per task

Every request gets exactly one accountable executive. No committees, no drift.

02

No invented results

A draft, an attempt and a confirmed result are different things, and every report says which one it is.

03

The Founder approves

Anything that spends, signs or goes public waits for a human yes. The executives prepare. They do not execute.

Try it

Watch a request meet the gate.

Pick a request. Each runs the same route: prepare, stop at the gate, then wait. You play the Founder.

    Four kinds of true

    Words that mean one thing.

Executives are told to keep these apart in every report. A mint that was only attempted is never reported as done.

    Recommendation

    What they suggest

An opinion with reasons and a cost. It changes nothing.

    Draft

    What they prepared

A packet, a plan or a page, ready for a human to read.

    Attempt

    What they tried

An action that was run. It may have failed, and the report says so.

    Confirmed

    What a record shows

A payment in the bank, a file live on the server, a token on the chain.

    The gate

These always wait for a human.

Agents may prepare every one of these. None runs on an AI's say-so.
